Breathwork
Breathe with Ivona *
Alternate Mondays,  19:00 - 20:00

These fortnightly breathwork classes help to release every day emotions.  Have you had enough of life’s stress, anxiety, frustration and confusion? Want to feel more calm, peaceful, happy, and energised?  SOMA BREATH combines 3 aspects: visualisation, meditation, and rhythmical breathing.


Visualisation to help you with manifestation, meditation to help you be more present and calmer and rhythmical breathing to the music created just for breathwork purposes to help you to get deeper into your subconscious mind and work on your "old beliefs" what don't serve you anymore.

After the session: your mood will change, reduction of negative emotions (like tension), your body will be better oxygenated, you will feel better, happier and joyful.

Mummy & Baby Massage **
Thursdays,  13:00 - 14:30  - class returns 1 May
For mums with babies: newborn - 6 months,  
Baby-led - they can sleep, feed, be held or join in as they need.
Come and relax with your baby; relieve stress, anxiety and fatigue, and increase feelings of calm, confidence and positivity.

Developmental Baby Massage and Movement supports your baby’s flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting healthy body functions like digestion, circulation, and the nervous system. This class also benefits mums in the same way, incorporating relaxation, healthy breathing, gentle stretches, and self-massage to support postnatal recovery—an often-overlooked aspect of self-care.

 

Massage and relaxation enhance overall well-being, and when shared with your baby, they boost oxytocin levels, strengthening love, bonding, and positive attachment.  The class also includes a supportive chat over tea, creating a nurturing, safe space where mums can connect and share openly.

Baby Massage
Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga
Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga with Pippa **
Tuesdays 10:30 - 12:00 - class returns 22 April
For mums and babies from 6 weeks - crawling.  (If you had a caesarean birth, you may wish to wait closer to 12 weeks). 

A specialised class taking into consideration the postnatal body, mind and soul.   Helping you to safely return to exercise, promoting post-birth healing,  pelvic floor and core health, whilst bringing awareness back to the body and breath.   

An important part of the class is a support chat over a cup of tea, plus breathing and relaxation techniques for maternal mental health, stress relief, releasing tension in the body.   Babies can sleep, feed, join in or just be cuddled, whatever their needs are; we also incorporate soothing yoga movement, massage and holds for them.

Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy Yoga & Active Birth with Pippa **
Tuesdays, 19:00 - 20:30  /  Saturdays, 09:30 - 11:00
This specialist class focuses on feeling more comfortable and calm during your pregnancy; reducing stress and easing aches and pains.   

You'll experience a gentle yet deeply restful and grounding practise, bond with your baby, and learn birth techniques (such as movements and breathing). 
Active Birth is about taking an active role in birthing your baby (however that happens).   You will practise being in tune with your body, understanding the birth process, and making informed choices that feel right for you.  The goal is to approach labour feeling relaxed, positive, supported and empowered.

There's also the opportunity to meet other mums-to-be and chat over a cup of herbal tea (arrive 15 minutes before the class starts).  This also gives you time to ask questions and talk through any symptoms or worries you may have,

or 2nd and 3rd trimesters, and suitable for all levels of fitness, flexibility and yoga experience, including complete beginners.

Vinyasa Flow with Rebecca *
Thursdays, 18:30 - 19:30 

A vinyasa flow class where we combine movement with the breath and gentle music playing in the background.  Vinyasa flow can help to promote physical strength, mental clarity and emotional balance. 

 

The class will start slow with breathing techniques, allowing time to let go of your day. We will then flow through mindful movement using both standing and seated poses, creating energy and warmth.   We finish with a relaxation, finding some stillness and peace before ending the practice. 

 

All levels are welcome.  Embrace the benefits of yoga and enjoy quality time dedicated to your own wellness and rejuvenation.

Womens Yoga with Pippa

Gentle, restorative and nurturing class for women, providing a safe and supportive space suitable for all life stages, ages, shapes, sizes and yoga experience.
Designed to help you feel lighter yet more grounded, calmer and more positive.
Relax and release tension from the body, regulate the nervous system, reduce over-thinking from the mind, whilst soothing your soul.   A beautiful blend of:
 
  • Hatha Yoga Asana (postures, movements, stretches, somatic movement)
  • Pranayama (breathing exercises) 
  • Restorative Yoga (grounding, restful poses) 
  • Yoga Nidra ("yogic sleep" - guided relaxation/meditation)

Yin  Yang Yoga: Energise & Unwind with Tracy*
Wednesdays, 17:15 - 18:00, starting 23 April 2025
​Awaken your body through the yang of mindful vinyasa flow in the first half of class, building warmth, strength, and energy with purposeful movement and breath.

Then melt into the stillness of yin, relaxing into postures to release deep tension, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system. 

This balanced practice will leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.

Suitable for all levels.

Monthly Session Details
Breastfeeding Support Group with Milk Mentors
10:00 - 12:00 on the 3rd Friday each month:

16  May  / 20 June  / 18 July / 15 Aug / 19 Sept / 17 Oct / 21 Nov / 19 Dec

Run by Debra, one of our trained breastfeeding peer-support volunteers, we are welcoming of people who breastfeed, chestfeed, human milk feed, express milk feed, exclusively pump, combi-feed, tandem feed, are pregnant, or anyone else with a keen interest to feed their baby with their body and learn more.

​

Groups aren't just for those experiencing difficulties with breastfeeding, although we are definitely here for that, they are also a wonderful opportunity to meet other parents in a similar situation to you and helps you to build a support network, in case you face obstacles during your feeding journey.

​

So, come along for a cuppa and a chat in a safe space!

Conscious Connected Breathwork with Liane
18:30-20:30 on the following Fridays:

The session lasts 2 hours from start to finish in a dimly lit room, which includes an introduction chat at the start where I tell you everything you’ll need to know for the session. We then breathe deeply to music, leaving plenty of time at the end to relax back in to the room. 

​

This type of breathwork is rhythmic, and deeper than our usual day-to-day breathing, using a specific technique (discussed on the day), to music. It isn’t difficult and anyone can do it. We breathe in this way to switch off our conscious mind and automatically tap in to our subconscious. Consequently, many people tend to have extremely deep and profound experiences. Everyone’s experience will be unique; the breathing will bring up whatever it needs to for you on the day. You remain in control of yourself at all times; you set your own pace.

Group Hug
Conscious Cuddle Therapy with Samii

Join us for a warm, safe and snuggly gathering at The Space Within where we'll spread love and positivity through the power of cuddles and human connection.

​

After some exercises that help us get to know each other and about touch, consent and boundaries we'll get snuggled up in a melty puddle of holding each other and being held simultaneously, it really is a beautiful and nourishing experience!

Menopause Yoga Meet with Sarah
15:00 - 16:30 on the following Sundays in 2025:  11 May  / 14 Sept / 19 Oct / 7 Dec

These monthly sessions offer restorative, relaxing yoga, gentle flowing movement, focus on the breath, meditation and guided visualisations. This gentle blend can form part of a strategy of self-care and support for you through this transition from perimenopause to post menopause:

  • Helps manage physical, mental, and emotional symptoms that many experience during this transition.

  • Helps to relax the nervous system.

  • Provides ways to nurture and comfort during  natural physiological changes.

  • Support is given specifically to those experiencing osteopenia / osteoporosis.

  • Group size is deliberately kept small to encourage personal exploration as well as a collective group experience to support and nourish.​​

  • ​No previous yoga experience required. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Pregnancy & Postnatal Drop-in with Debra

A relaxed, supportive gathering to connect, share and ask questions about pregnancy, birth and postnatal life.

Chat to others who are pregnant or have a young baby, and Debra (who has a wealth of knowledge as a Doula, hypnobirthing instructor and breastfeeding peer supporter) over a cup of tea.

Shamanic Energy Life Force (SELF) - Awakening is a transmission of kundalini energy what helps you to tap into your own body’s natural energy that can be blocked by day-to-day challenges and unlock what has to be unlocked in order to remember who you are.

 

It is a path of surrender, contrasting with a will-driven approach and it offers the potential for healing, deeper connection with yourself and those around you.

Come and join Sarah for this monthly ‘Yindulgence' event where we practice amongst the soft glow of fairy lights and candles, immersed in the scent of incense burning and fragrant essential oils.

 

We softly move through a small, carefully selected collection of nourishing yin poses including calming breathwork, before finishing with a luxurious yoga nidra practice, helping you to wind down after your working week and find a moment of calm, before floating out feeling revitalised and rebalanced.    Suitable for all levels.

Women have gathered together in sacred circles for millennia.

Marking the seasonal shifts as we spiral through the wheel of the year is one way to forge a deeper connection to these liminal times. It also serves as a way to rest from the stresses of life and to feel supported by other women.

​

These circles include ritual, meditation, sound bath, sharing and reflection over a cup of tea, before closing the circle.

 

(Sam also runs seasonal Qigong and Sound Baths)

Yin & Sound with Vanessa
18:30 - 20:30 on fourth Friday per month

Yin yoga is a quiet and slow practice that is suitable for all. Simple postures are held for 3-5 minutes, this allows the connective tissue and fascia around the joints to lengthen, creating space which increases mobility.

This mindful practice is mostly focused on the lower body and allows you time and space to connect to yourself and relieves tension and stress.

​

Sound meditation will guide you into a meditative state that allows the whole body and mind to relax, this is where cellular healing can occur. Sound meditation brings you back to your breath and back to your body and into total relaxation.

​

Please Note – The sound meditation is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, metal implants, epilepsy or during pregnancy.
